Working with Creating Virtual Freedom is simple.

Once you’ve enrolled as a client, three things will happen:

• You’ll receive password-protected access details for our client control center.  We use Basecamp for project management.  Don’t worry if you’ve never used it before, you’ll only need to learn a couple of steps to assign us work.
• You’ll receive a client agreement which outlines the package you’ve chosen and our responsibilities to each other as we work together.
• You’ll receive information on our time tracking and billing system.  For retainer packages you’ll also receive an invoice to login and pay securely.  We use Freshbooks, which is a wonderful system to track our hours precisely.  You’ll have full access to login anytime and see which of your assigned tasks we’ve completed and how much time it required so you can stay aware of how many hours you have left on your packages or how we’re progressing through the tasks you need completed.
