Melissa Barham, Lead Virtual Assistant

Melissa began working in emergency services with the fire department, emergency medical, and search & rescue teams as a teenager, then continued serving her community as an EMS and police dispatcher for several years.  Her pre-family career provided unique training and skill sets that have translated beautifully to virtual support work.  She’s familiar with a variety of current software programs (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, and others), has excellent typing speed to complete tasks quickly, and is up to speed on current internet technology.

She’s a work at home mom to two beautiful little boys.

Michelle Shaeffer, Project Manager

With more than 15 years of experience in website design and the internet, and more than 10 years experience working as a virtual assistant, Michelle Shaeffer is the CEO of Creo Communico LLC.  Her skills include various shopping carts and blogging platforms, graphics design, website programming, ghostwriting, internet marketing, and more.

On a more personal note, Michelle has worked from home since 1999.  She’s blessed with a wonderful husband, and three children, who’ve brought a Russian tortoise and very lazy cat along with them into her life.
